To demonstrate the company’s commitment to its international clients, Customer Managers Anna and Kaylee personally went to the train station to greet the guest. Upon arrival, the client was escorted to the company’s meeting room, where an in-depth product discussion took place. The customer managers provided a comprehensive overview of HJC’s core products, including RO membranes and water purifier components, highlighting the company’s leading position in water purification technology.
During the conversation, we learned that Kenya faces challenges with poor water quality, making water purification products highly promising in the local market. Based on the client’s company size, Kenya’s economic conditions, and market demand, Anna quickly recommended a range of products suitable for their business, with particular emphasis on HJC’s high-salinity-reduction household RO membranes, which captured the client’s attention and received positive feedback. She also took the time to explain the technical advantages of HJC’s products, helping the client gain a better understanding of the company’s expertise and market potential.
